Pricing and Subscription Notes

1. The AI Business Launchpad Training fee is a one-time charge of $10,000.00, unless the parties agree otherwise in a separate written agreement.
2. The Launchpad Training includes access to seven or more specialized AI agents and a minimum of 50 collective hours of specialized work per month.
3. The first 12 months of the Managed URL Rotator are included at no additional charge when purchased with the AI Business Launchpad Training.
4. After the included first year, the Managed URL Rotator renews at $297.00 per month, unless canceled or modified in accordance with the applicable written agreement.
5. The Managed URL Rotator may also be purchased as a standalone subscription at $297.00 per month.
6. Optional 1-on-1 Coaching is billed at $997.00 per full eight-hour day.
7. Any applicable sales, use, or other transaction-based taxes are calculated based on the client's billing location and applicable law. Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction.

Late Payment

Any unpaid balance remaining after the Payment Due Date may be subject to a late charge of [Late Fee Percentage]% per month or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. BVMG Consulting may suspend services or subscription access for overdue balances after providing any notice required by the applicable agreement or law.

Invoice Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services. The services described in this invoice are limited to the line items and quantities stated above, together with any applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other written agreement signed by the parties.
2. Client Information. The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information, authorized user information, implementation details, and other materials reasonably required to deliver the services.
3. Third-Party Services. Any third-party software, platform, advertising, hosting, telecommunications, payment-processing, or other external charges are excluded unless expressly identified in this invoice or a separate written agreement.
4. Subscription Renewal. Managed URL Rotator subscriptions renew at the applicable monthly rate unless canceled or modified in accordance with the applicable written agreement. The client remains responsible for charges incurred before the effective cancellation date.
5. No Refunds Unless Agreed. Payments are nonrefundable except as expressly provided in a signed written agreement or required by applicable law.
6. Taxes. The client is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges imposed on the purchase or use of the services, excluding taxes imposed on BVMG Consulting's net income.
7. Disputes. Invoice disputes must be submitted in writing to [Company Email Address] within [Number] calendar days after receipt of the invoice and must identify the disputed charge and the basis for the dispute. Undisputed amounts remain payable when due.
8. Governing Agreement. If this invoice conflicts with a fully executed agreement between the parties, the executed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
9. No Modification Without Written Agreement. Changes to pricing, scope, quantities, subscription terms, or payment obligations must be documented in writing and authorized by both parties.

Client Authorization

By signing below, the client confirms that the services and charges stated in this invoice are authorized and agrees to pay the Balance Due according to the terms stated above and any applicable written agreement.
